How to choose the right central air conditioning ventilation accessories?
Clearly define usage scenarios and functional requirements.
Matching interior design styles: For home décor or high-end commercial spaces (such as hotels and office buildings), prioritize double-layer louvered diffusers and square diffusers made of ABS material—these options feature a sleek appearance and are less prone to condensation. For industrial plants and workshops, aluminum alloy diffusers are more suitable; they are wear-resistant, corrosion-proof, and well-suited to challenging environments.
Airflow regulation requirements: For areas where precise control of the air supply direction is needed—such as conference rooms and offices—choose double-layer louver diffusers that allow adjustable angles up, down, left, and right. For large spaces—such as shopping malls and exhibition halls—where uniform air distribution is essential, prioritize square diffusers, which enable airflow to spread radially.
Maintenance and Inspection Requirements: In data center rooms and concealed pipeline areas within ceilings, detachable aluminum alloy inspection access panels must be installed. The dimensions of these panels should match the inspection scope of ductwork or equipment to facilitate future maintenance.
Match central air conditioning system parameters
Matching Air Volume and Static Pressure: The diameter and cross-sectional area of duct accessories (such as rubber-plastic insulated flexible hoses and aluminum foil insulated flexible hoses) must be matched to the fan’s rated air volume and static pressure. This prevents excessive airflow resistance and increased noise caused by too-small pipe diameters, or wasted air volume resulting from excessively large pipe diameters.
Distinguishing between fresh air and exhaust systems: The air intake of the fresh air system must be equipped with an insect screen plus a medium-efficiency filter to prevent insects and particulate matter from entering. As for the exhaust outlet, the configuration can be simplified, with particular emphasis on designing against backflow.
Vibration and Noise Reduction Requirements: At the connection between equipment and ductwork, a flexible connection (such as a canvas flexible joint or a PE flexible hose) must be installed. Under vibration sources like fans and coil units, damping spring isolators should be used to reduce operational noise and vibration transmission.
